Last year, as part of a certain program, I was in Strasbourg, and a meeting with Tamar was also scheduled. When a European diplomat told her, “A guest from Georgia is arriving tomorrow, and a meeting with you is planned…” —
When the diplomat mentioned my name and surname, Tamar’s reaction was: “She’s not Georgian.”
Apparently, everyone in the program was confused and re-checked my documents — they were in shock.
They ended up calling the incident “a serious incident.”
When I first heard about this “incident,” I thought it was an accident.
Naturally, she never met with me.
She lived and worked in the heart of Europe.

როცა დიპლომატს ჩემი სახელი და გვარი გაუჟღერებია, თამარის რეაქცია – ის ქართველი არააო.. თურმე მთელი პროგრამის ხალხი დაიბნა და კვლავ გადაამოწმეს ჩემი საბუთები, შოკში იყვნენ. ამ შემთხვევას დაარქვეს “მძიმე ინციდენტი”. მეც ეს “ინციდენტი” რო გავიგე მეგონა ავარია მოხდა. რა თქმა უნდა არ შემხვდა.
ევროპის შუა გულში ცხოვრობდა და მუშაობდა.
