Activist Nino Datashvili is being accused of physically assaulting a court bailiff at Tbilisi City Court.
In the circulated video footage, it can be seen that the bailiff is forcibly removing Datashvili from the premises.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, an investigation has been launched under Article 353¹ of the Criminal Code, which refers to an assault on a public servant during the performance of official duties.

An emigrant mother came to visit her 20-year-old student daughter at the detention facility.
She embraced her long-missed child, who had been jailed for 12 days for saying the words:
“Down with the rotten Russian empire!”

The student, Lika Lortkipanidze, has now been released from the detention facility.

Tatia Afriamashvili is free.
Soon, all prisoners of the regime must be liberated.
