A political prisoner, Anastasia Zinovkina, a Russian citizen held in Rustavi Prison No. 5 (Georgia), called today.
She described how she was humiliated and tortured by prison staff yesterday.
Anastasia has serious spinal problems. She is regularly given painkillers but receives no real treatment.
She asked for an orthopedic mattress and pillow — at first they promised to provide them, then refused.
Yesterday, her condition worsened.
In the morning, a doctor gave her an injection.
At 12:30, her lower back seized up — she couldn’t stand or move.
She screamed for help for eight hours, but no one came.
Anastasia is in solitary confinement, meaning she had no one nearby to help her.
Guards opened the hatch and told her they couldn’t do anything.
Yesterday was shower day — they wrote in the record that she “refused to shower.”
In reality, she simply couldn’t stand up.
For eight hours, she lay on the floor, unable to reach the toilet.
At 9 p.m., a nurse entered, threw a diaper at her, and left without helping.
When Anastasia tried to put it on, she fell to the floor and lay there until midnight.
At 12 a.m., staff finally entered and lifted her back onto the bed.
They wrote that she “did not appear for the evening roll call for unknown reasons.”
At 6 a.m. today, she managed to crawl to the toilet, make herself a makeshift corset from torn fabric, and call to tell what happened.
At 10 a.m., the same doctor visited again and said she needed a neurologist —
but the only thing she could offer was a stronger painkiller, which needed approval from a psychiatrist.
The call then cut off.
This is not neglect — it is torture.
Anastasia Zinovkina urgently needs medical help and international attention.

დოკუმენტში ჩაწერეს, რომ „ღამის გადათვლაზე გაურკვეველი მიზეზით არ გამოცხადდა.“
დილით 6 საათზე ანასტასიამ შეძლო ტუალეტამდე მიძრომა,
დაკუწული ქსოვილით თვითონ მოიმზადა კორსეტი,
და დარეკა, რათა ეს ყველაფერი მოეყოლა.
10 საათზე ისევ ის ექიმი მივიდა და თქვა, რომ საჭიროა ნევროლოგი,
მაგრამ ერთადერთი, რაც შეეძლო შეთავაზება, იყო უფრო ძლიერი ტკივილგამაყუჩებელი, რომლის მიცემაც უნდა დაეთანხმოს ფსიქიატრს.
