Sanctioned judge Manuchar Tsatsua sentenced Albi Kordzaia to 10 days in detention.
Legal prosecution against the activist began on the grounds of insulting Tea Tsulukiani.

To support 21-year-old student Tatia Afriamashvili, her mother and friends wanted to symbolically display a protest banner for a few minutes on Rustaveli Avenue.
Police did not allow them to do so and forcibly moved them onto the sidewalk. Law enforcement officers physically assaulted citizens, including young women.

Students Tatia Afriamashvili and Lika Lortkipanidze were sentenced to 12 days of detention each on May 30. The Ministry of Internal Affairs accused them of insulting “Georgian Dream” party MP Mariam Lashkhi.
On the same grounds, activist Magda Mamukashvili was fined 4,000 GEL.

Is the story of the nine Kherkheulidze brothers and their mother any different? What’s happening right beside us right now is exactly the same — and we don’t even notice. Worse — poisoned by Russian propaganda, some Georgians mock and insult Ms. Marina, calling her unpatriotic.

How is it that, in a century we call the peak of education and progress, we are still managing to degenerate at this pace?..
