“They are not women. They’re some other species” — Kakha Kaladze was asked this question yesterday, September 8, near his campaign headquarters, regarding physical violence against women.

Kaladze: There is no confrontation here…
Journalist: Women were beaten by your people…
Kaladze: Where do you see women here? Where do you see women?
Journalist: Yes, there are women…
Kaladze: None of them are women… Not a single woman here…
Journalist: Then who are they?
Kaladze: I don’t know, some other species. There’s no woman here… Tell me, where is a woman? Show me one person here who is a woman. You are no different from those attackers who came to the campaign headquarters yesterday.

Note: Kakha Kaladze is running for Mayor of Tbilisi in 2025, seeking his third term.
