All of this is connected to the criminal case opened against me — a case that was launched because the former mayor of Akhmeta didn’t like one of my Facebook posts.
After that, the Revenue Service raided my parents’ company, which was also registered in my name, and based on incorrectly issued invoices — which were simply a clean accounting error — a criminal case was opened.
This case dragged on for many years — they had no evidence, which is why they couldn’t touch me or any of my family members.
A few months ago, my mother was pressured into a confession under the threat of my arrest. They forced her to confess to evidence that essentially doesn’t exist — and now, they’ve taken her straight from the courtroom for 2 years and 6 months.”
